This is actually quite aromatically similar to the Corton-Grèves though with a bit more elegance
I would be inclined to drink the ’04 Corton over the first 10 years of its life (even though it will survive much longer) as I’m not sure that the fruit will ultimately outlast the structure
Pagodes Cos Size:6x1.5L yellow appleTasted blind. Quite evolved looking. Very pure Cabernet fruit on the nose. Clean and fresh. Muscular. Not a spare ounce of flesh. Lots of blackcurrant.
