Transparent Teal Vinyl (by the foot) Anime & Manga We hope to get instructional*Transparent vinyl films are mainly used to tint pieces such as headlights, fog lights, taillights and similar. These films can be heated up using a hair dryer to allow them to stretch slightly and make them more pliable to fit around corners, curves and edges. We recommend spraying the adhesive side with a soap water solution for an easier installation. You can then smooth out the air bubbles and water using a squeegee (which can be purchased here).
